OUR MANUFACTURING

Located in Delhi, our manufacturing site is dedicated for manufacturing of topical and transdermal patches. With Vertically integrated manufacturing processes, our site is equipped with state of the art manufacturing, packaging and air/dust handling equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements across the world. Our warehouses are temperature and humidity controlled and all our manufacturing operations are done in an ISO Class 8 Clean Room or higher.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

We have an in-house R&D and Quality Control Laboratories where we conduct physical assessment, active assays, adhesion assessment, skin diffusion studies and stability studies of topical patches. Our laboratory is equipped with latest Gas Chromatographs, HPLC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometers among other analytical instruments. In addition to tests done in-house, we have agreements with NABL certified laboratories for testing of heavy metals, pesticides, aflatoxins, residual solvents and microbiology in topical patches.
